Matthew 24:35
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”
The words of Matthew 4:4 remind us that, “Man shall not live on bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” During the season when we celebrate the birth of God’s Son, we should study the Bible and meditate upon its meaning for our lives. Otherwise, we deprive ourselves of a priceless gift from our Creator. God has given us the Bible for the purpose of knowing His promises, His love, and His Son. As we study God’s teachings and apply them to our lives, we live by the Word that shall never pass away.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
“All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”
