The Gift of Giving Part 4

Matt 6:3-4
“But when you give to someone in need, don’t let your left hand know what the right is doing. Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything will reward you.”

When giving to someone in need lets make sure that we are giving from the heart and not doing it to get something out of it. A lot of times people do things so they can get publicly rewarded for something they did but it is in your private life that God and you are the only ones who see what you are doing. Our private lives need to be filled with random acts of kindness, which is a way where we can make a huge difference in the world.

My family is doing a secret Santa, where until Christmas comes we do something special for our family member we picked every day and then on Christmas we will guess who it is. My goal was for every family member think I was their secret Santa, which is not working so please pray for me.

Today do something good for someone privately.
